Hey Ladies!

My name is April aka Swoop lol…aka…we’ll get to that later.  I do have several aliases between friends and family though. I’m so grateful to share my story with you.  It’s been one heck of a journey, but my passion is to empower other women to share their story about uterine fibroids and other conditions that affect the women’s reproductive health.  This has been on my heart for a long time and I’m super blessed to be able to use this platform to share the story of other women who have silently battled with fibroids.  So I’m here to unapologetically put my uterus on blast so other women can be inspired to do the same lol.

A few facts about me:

• I’m a free spirit once I come out of my conch shell
• I love to be at 30,000 feet flying somewhere new to explore—travel is my heart <3 (Ugh, this damn Rona)
• When the beat drops I’m ready to get down…but when SOCA vibes start it’s a wrap (s/o to my island massive )
• I’m blunt AF sometimes.…but I always do it with finesse (some may disagree but I really do try lol)
• Randomness is part of my DNA
• I love all shades of blue
